Long Marston is a great location for a new settlement as it would have a low impact on the environment. Green Belt land would be preserved and there is space for a large number of houses which would mean that new infrastructure like secondary schools and GP practices could be built. New infrastructure would take the pressure of Stratford and traffic would decrease too. There’s also potential for rail connections to the Honeybourne line.
