Locations seems totally unsuitable and proposal unnecessarily large.
Roads into and around Stratford are already congested with local and tourist traffic. The town centre is not built for such a large increase in cars. Bigger roads into Stratford will not alleviate the issue.
Local jobs not available for such a large increase in residence, a vast number would commute to jobs in larger towns. Environmentally unfriendly for such a large community to commute long distances.
Swamping Wilmcote with a mass of identical houses will ruin the community feel and tranquility and also devastate local habitat and wildlife.
