I do not think that this proposed settlement should go ahead because it will be detrimental to the local environment. We are in a climate crisis, there is no need to build on green belt. It will destroy the wildlife’s habitats and have a negative impact on the residents as their green spaces have been lost. This will also put an extreme strain on the local infrastructure of schools, hospitals, water supplies, sewage systems, hospitals and doctor surgeries. Stratford-upon-Avon is not designed to support this many people. This development does not comply with the government’s sustainability policy.
