The impact of such a large development of over 6500 houses on green belt land, will have a devastating effect on this Warwickshire countryside and neighbouring tourist attraction, Mary Ardens Farm. Traffic volume in and out of the north side of Stratford will be huge, leading to total gridlock. More traffic lights will be needed between Bearley and Wilmcote, to allow the possible 1200 potential cars from this development to travel? The increased traffic will also have a detrimental impact on neighbouring villages being used as a cut through, to avoid traffic problems.
