I strongly disagree with the proposed new development as the total infrastructure in the area absolutely can’t cope. The significant amount of traffic, current roads cannot withstand. Schools, doctors, hospitals are already unable to cope and will become so much worse, people may die as waiting times will increase from the already too long timescales. The drainage and sewers already cannot cope. The wildlife, flora and fauna in the area will be decimated and we will never get this back. This proposed development will totally destroy the area in every way and will be a detriment to the community.
