I have several points to raise
There would be significant pressure added to Hospital and emergency services such as Police and Fire protection.
waiting times to see a Doctor would increase and a waiting list for local Dentists.
increased pollution due to increased traffic also noise and light pollution.
More highway maintenance and cost during build of houses and after construction
More cost to local Authority council tax rise
Social housing incorporated who controls it
current public transport in area is poor how will it cope
current area is a village this proposal will change area for ever
