This is greenbelt land and is clearly creating sprawl of Warwick into the protected greenbelt land - merging into Hatton Park and potentially merging the new town on B1 (which should also not go ahead for the same reasons). This all goes against the terms setout with the 5 x points to protect greenbelt land as stated within the NPPF
