My family chose to live in Hockley Health for its rural location, scenic views and its village community, which all have a positive impact on my mental and physical well-being.

I am not convinced the well-being needs of the existing residents have been fully considered, or the environmental impacts. The volume of new properties being proposed under the SW plan will urbanise the area, thus impacting significantly on,
- the wildlife that thrive in this area
- conservation, trees and scenery
- traffic, pollution and noise
- local infrastructure
- physical activity and mental well-being opportunities (walking, cycling, green spaces).
