I do not believe this is the right location due to the building on green belt land and the damage to wildlife habitats. Green spaces which will be destroyed forever with the loss of protected trees, woodland, meadows and hedges. The loss of wildlife will be catastrophic.
I don't believe the infrastructure will cope. The roads through Bearley, Snitterfield and surrounded areas will be even more dangerous with cars speeding through the villages to avoid the congestion on A3400 which will evidently happen as traffic backs up going into Stratford.
