An enormous development, out of keeping with surroundings. No provision for substantial increase in associated infrastructure: facilities in Stratford already under huge pressure. The houses will not be a community without schools, GPs, dentists, vets, shops, churches, community centres, sports fields., postmen, dustmen. The roads are already clogged, the railway is expensive and inefficient. Air quality across Warwickshire is already very poor. The drains and sewers can barely cope with the other news houses around the town. The proposal is just houses - not a new town, not a new village, just sprawl.
