This development will put additional preasure on the already busy routes down the Lillington road to Leamington Spa where all the shops and facilities are. As a resident of Warren close where at peak times it is already difficult to exit on to the roundabout in rush hours. This will become impossible as the new developments on the lecister lane site will increase traffic significantly. It is unclear what plans are in place to mitigate this. This site is unsuitable for the proposed development.
