The proposed plan would create continuous traffic congestion and an increase in accidents some of which have already been fatal.

The proposed plan for a " New Town " doesn't make sense as we already have a very close expanding town in Stratford-On-Avon. Wilmcote and Bearley need to stay as villages in order to be preserved.



More concrete means less vegetation to absorb excess water. More flooding.

Excessive traffic already causes damage to residential houses close to the roads. My house shakes when heavy vehicles pass and I expect this would only increase.
