I am opposed to this proposed settlement for many reasons.
I am concerned about the capability of existing transport infrastructure and links which will disrupt the quiet enjoyment of our village. Cycle routes, footpaths, rail and road links are in need of huge upgrades which are not sustainable.
The proposed development will destroy the wildlife habitats and natural beauty of Wilmcote, as well as threatening the cultural and historical preservation of Mary Arden’s Farm. It will not be in keeping with the cultural heritage. In doing so, this will have a detrimental effect on the wellbeing of residents and visitors.
