The proposals for the SG06 area, where development was previously rejected by an inspector, are unsuitable. The lack of infrastructure, the inability to make it a "20-minute" neighbourhood plus the loss of diversity and paving over of green belt, make this entirely inappropriate. There are other sites for housing development within the area that mean we do not need to develop green belt land and lose valuable farmland. In addition, the loss of this green space would have a serious impact on people's mental and physical health - we should not forget the difference this made during the Covid-19 pandemic.
