The amount of housing that this proposal includes would produce a population increase that Henley does not have the infrastructure to cater for. This is disproportionate to the existing number of homes. Whilst I appreciate the need to build new homes I am concerned at the number of high priced houses that would be built, out weighing the amount of affordable housing that Henley needs to allow local people to stay living here.
