I object most strongly to the proposal. It would destroy the peace and tranquility of Bearley. The roads in the area cannot cope with any extra traffic, particularly the A3400 at Bishopton Island at A46. Wildlife from Bearley Bushes would be negatively affected by any development. Prime agricultural land and Green Belt land should not be built on. As the local death rate exceeds the birth rate, houses are not needed. Brownfield sites should be used for building in the first instance. Bearley Railway Station is situated on a line which only goes to Warwick.
