Location is unsuitable as it is a sensitive open, hilly, hedgerowed area with roads that regularly flood. The area has a severe lack of infrastructure with very limited sustainable travel options. Danzey has limited services.
Biodiversity and wildlife would be severely impacted along with the village of Tanworth in Arden that has high visual sensitivity.
I agree that this this is one of the least sustainable new settlement options being considered.
