I object to the proposed new settlement BW (Bearley and Wilmcote). There are issues common to many of the 12 proposed sites including the likely strain on utilities and the NHS, lack of new employment opportunities and pollution. However my focus is on the issues specific to the BW proposal.
The key issues which make the proposed settlement unsuitable are transport links, preservation of the green belt, flooding and biodiversity. These issues are considered in detail on the uploaded document.
The ownership / viability / deliverability criterion (rated green) will be redundant if compulsory purchase for housing is passed.
