There are insufficient facilities to accommodate a large number of houses and people to the north of the town, with retail areas concentrated in the south. Traffic congestion is already problematic, and adding approximately 1,000 cars would worsen it. I question whether North Leamington School can take in several hundred more pupils, especially given the existing teacher shortages. Additionally, maintaining some countryside between us and Kenilworth is crucial for air quality, as the expansion of both towns risks them joining together.
