I believe there are insufficient facilities for the growing population north of the town, particularly as retail areas, including food stores, are predominantly in the south. Traffic congestion is already problematic, and adding around 1,000 cars would exacerbate this issue. I'm concerned about whether North Leamington School can accommodate several hundred additional pupils, especially given existing teacher shortages. Furthermore, maintaining some countryside between us and Kenilworth is crucial for air quality, as the expansion of both towns could soon lead to them merging.
