I strongly object to the proposed development at Fell Mill Site (Ref: 148,747) due to its detrimental impact on Shipston. The Market Square is within a conservation area, and large-scale development will alter the town’s historic character while increasing congestion. Additionally, 42% of the site falls within Flood Zones 2 & 3, posing significant risks. Shipston lacks a train station, and bus services have declined, making car use essential and overburdening local roads. Healthcare and essential services are already stretched, with long wait times, and no local sixth form provision forces students to travel.
