Whilst ultimately I agree with the need to meet housing targets across the country and in all local authorities, I recognise that not all local authorities can meet the required housing need. Therefore, other local authorities should accommodate the needs if available and required. However, they must have the most up to date numbers as it was claimed that Warwick and Leamington had to build 10,000 extra houses a number of years and then a couple of years ago, it was found that this number was inaccurate. However, it is necessary to accommodate growth needs from other areas.
