Whilst I agree with the approach laid out, I have considerable concerns regarding whether this would be followed to prevent developers from not delivering the infrastructure required, which in some of the strategic growth areas, is sorely lacking. Therefore, there would need to be substantial improvements in infrastructure and this would make less people object to some of the housing development required if the necessary infrastructure is put into place.
