The proposed site is at the opposite end of Leamington to all transport hubs (train and bus) and has no cycling infrastructure in place. The impact on the local roads will therefore be horrific. NLS is already massively over-subscribed and local primary schools almost full to capacity. Cubbington and Lillington have very little in the way of amenities- there's no leisure centre/swimming pools, no restaurants, only small stores and one 1 pub in each area-so it's difficult to conclude anything other than building on SG06 is going to lead to far more car travel. How does this fit with Net-Zero?
