Affects green belt land, destroys countryside and creates urban sprawl.
Affects landscape and ecology - loss of trees, hedgerows, wildlife habitats. Where is the wildlife supposed to go?
Affects air quality and traffic - more housing leads to more cars, increased traffic and causing more air pollution.
Causes flooding - more flooding is likely due to parts of site being on flood zones.
Lack of school places - Area E1 could provide a good solution to build housing and the infrastructure to go with it.
