This area of Green Belt land I feel is most unsuitable for a housing development for many reasons. Its close proximity to the Welcombe hills nature reserve would irrevocably damage the landscape and destroy the natural habitats of the wildlife that reside there.... many of them protected species.
Currently the traffic on the Birmingham road, A3400 is extremely slow and heavy most of the time. More cars not an option !!
Flooding is also a big problem in the area, more housing would make it worse.
Its connection to Clopton House make it historical. lets not loose that .
