Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

The houses would be on green belt land adjoining the Welcome Hills and would have a big impact on wildlife. People using the footpaths in the Welcome Hills will no longer feel it is a rural area. There is not enough infrastructure for extra housing. It would have a big impact on the already congested Birmingham Road with a potential extra 1400 cars. It would also cause extra pollution which would be extremely detrimental to the air quality. Recent new housing has also lead to flooding even though there are supposedly drainage systems and flood measures in place.
