Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:
The planned expansion will worsen Stratford's congestion, with local roads already struggling under heavy traffic and frequent flooding. Huge lorries traveling to Bearley add to the chaos, making travel even more difficult. Essential services like doctors and supermarkets are overstretched, and 6,800 more houses will push them beyond capacity. Wildlife, including bats, badgers, hedgehogs, and birds, will suffer as their habitats are destroyed. Stratford is already overwhelmed by tourism and cannot sustain this level of overdevelopment. This plan threatens both the community and the environment, turning the area into a gridlocked, stressful, and unsustainable place to live.
