I feel a new settlement at Long Marston would be more suitable as it will take the pressure of congestion away from Stratford. It would also meet all the housing needs preserving green belt land. It would avoid urban sprawl that would have an impact on existing infrastructure. With the space available and the number of houses being built it would mean schools, doctors, dentists etc could be included. There could also be the potential for a rail connection.
