The site being considered (BW) is all green belt, which would be a devastating loss locally. The land is bordered by many small brooks and streams which carries rainwater to the River Alne. These all annually overflow and will only be exacerbated by a new development in this location, some of which are cut off and inaccessible each winter already.
The very definition for Greenbelt is to protect urban sprawl and retain areas of countryside all of which is being ignored. The site extends very close to Stratford which will end up a ribbon development.
