I believe more evidence is needed on housing needs, I simply cannot accept that there is a shortfall of 6700 homes in or around Stratford on Avon, ALL IN ADDITION to what has already been approved and built over the last 10 years. I believe, and this has been muted from local organised meetings, that this may accommodate migration from the South AND South East of the country. There is only a demand if you build the properties to entice residents/immigrants to this area!
