I strongly object to this proposal as there will be an irreversible loss of green belt space. There would be a loss of habitat for protected species and of a Special Landscape Area that is cherished and valued by the local community. The proposed development would also remove important local ecology and replace it with urban sprawl, along with increased risks of flooding and a negative impact on air quality due to an increase in nearby transport and its emissions.
