Ref: Site BW - improvements to the A3400 will require land purchases along the route between A46 (Bishopton) and Henley but also has a 'low railway' bridge of single carriageway width, an ornamental bridge over the weir at Wootton Wawen, and aqua duct of single carriageway width at Wooton and several properties located adjacent to the current roadside. Traffic will still arrive at the pinch points of Birmingham Road SuA and Henley high street regardless. Local narrow country roads would naturally become the short cut routes and impact villages and local road users, horses, walkers, cyclists, runners, etc
