I object to the building of homes on green belt land, especially on land that sits within known flood zones where previous attempts to alleviate flood risk have been inadequate. I also object to the impact that development on this site would have on the local wildlife and, as an extension, the benefits the local community take from the land.

The impact on the surrounding infrastructure (specifically, road capacity) would cause heavy delays and disruptions to journeys, including those of tourists which the local economy strongly depends.
