- Do not destroy our heritage
- Building on greenbelts will destroy it forever
- Greenbelts are essential for people's wellbeing
- Lack of infrastructure must be considered (doctors for example). Larger settlements outside of Stratford is a better alternatives,
- Increased traffic congestion can only have a negative effect on people's (especially children's wellbeing)
- Agriculture land must be preserved for future wellbeing and indeed avoid food shortages.
