* The objection relates to SG18 Clopton quarter
Green Belt Land shouldn’t be prioritised for building
* Proximity to Welcombe Hill and Clopton Nature Reserves will be detrimental to the ecology and species living there
* It’s visibility and proximity will spoil an open resource enjoyed by the local community
* The rural character of Clopton House and its heritage and historical value to Stratford will become urbanised and lost
* Air quality due to increased local traffic will be seriously compromised
* Massive increase in local traffic will create havoc to an already congested Birmingham Road access to Stratford
