Shipston-on-Stour is quite unsuitable for further development.
Recent devlopements have already overloaded local services, medical centre, school, sewage system, etc.
More development is not sustainable, there is little local work and poor public transport so the majority have to use a car to travel to work.
Much of the proposed devlopemet area regularly floods and climate change will only make this more common and more intense. Those areas not direcly flooding will have increased run-off making lower lying areas flooding worse.
Almost bordering the cotswolds, further development would detract visuually from many viewpoints.
