Loss of green belt land, quiet and beautiful village we currently have. Traffic concerns, it will no longer be a rural area. Locals struggle with the amount of traffic and we fear this will make it significantly worse. Also concerns around anti social behaviour, we already have a significant amount of this in Stratford and there are limited jobs so it appears to attract these kind of people. We moved here for the peace and quiet and beautiful surroundings which will be ruined should you fill the area with houses.
