This is not an appropriate site due to the location. The local infrastructure is not suitable for 6500 houses. The road system into Stratford/Henley will not be sufficient for the increased number of cars. The public transport system will not service and the local schools, in particular secondary schools will not cope with the increased population.
The historical nature of the area will also be affected.
The environmental damage will outweigh the positive housing impacts at such a site. Overall there are other more suitable sites that will act as more infill than complete new development.
