I say no to 6700 homes in Wilmcote a village of about 450 homes. The additions to all infrastructure would be significant, needing new larger roads needing the removal of some existing homes, roundabouts, traffic lights. Car parking areas with shops, all changing the culture of this rural village as it would become a town. It would need more schools at all levels, a Health centre, and more capacity at Warwick and Coventry Hospitals.
Both sides of Wilmcote station would need accecability provisions.
Management of rain fall and sewage would need complete review and upgrade.
