Local hospitals at capacity. Traffic would be unsustainable. No schools. Unsuitable train stations with no parking and only one track. Dangerous roads (pulling out of Bearley train station, crossing the road). A34 divides the development - danger to life. Wildlife - owls, bats, deer, birds of prey. Flooding. Greenbelt land should be protected. Bearley is of scientific and historic interest. The development would swallow the existing village - tiny listed cottages surrounded by a sea of new builds would look unsightly.
