The building will disrupt the wildlife corridors -deer, kites, hares, frogs, toads and bats have all been sighted in multiple fields around Bearley.
Already the roads in and around Bearley flood regularly, house building will mean no land for the rain to soak into which will increase this and make current homes vulnerable to water ingress and the A3400 impassable. Salters Lane and Langley road are already in heavy rain.
A3400 will not cope with increased traffic leading to bottlenecks in Henley and Stratford and rat runs in neighbouring villages.
The rail system is already inadequate for the current housing.
