We object to the overdevelopment of the area of up to 3000 dwellings which seems to be too many. This will further overstretch local amenities and public services for example schools that are unable to cope with no sixth form, medical centre severely impacted, lack of public transport as there are no jobs within the area and flooding particularly within Fell Mill Lane (148 and 747) will be a major concern. Sewerage in particular is overstretched.
