I do not feel this has been thought through for a variety of reasons: TRANSPORT: there would be two old, single track bridges nearby as the only access to main roads to Stratford, Warwick, etc. and parking is very limited in the town. There are limited bus services and no train station. When there is heavy rain the bridges are closed due to FLOODING, which would be another problem for the area proposed. EDUCATION: The school is oversubscribed and has no 6th form. EMPLOYMENT: There are very few job opportunities, so that would put more pressure on the transport problem.
