Housing here would lead to heavy traffic issues upon the Cubbington road in Lillington as well North Leamington. Additional traffic that would occur trying to move south of Leamington to access major retail and supermarkets. Those large supermarkets Sainsbury's, Tesco, Lidl, Aldi, Morrisons etc. are already heavily burdened, and there is no such provision to the north of the town. The bus services are also poor in this area. With the opening of the Valley Road Surgery in Lillington we have only just got to a point where the existing population is able to access appointments when we call in.
