Poor local Transport.
Local bus takes more than 30 minutes to reach Banbury or Stratford upon Avon
Very poor local Doctors & local Hospital which will not have any Beds !!!- Will not cope extra people !!
No local bank. Lloyds will close in November !!
long distance to major work centre of Coventry , Birmingham, Banbury
Current Gas, Water, & Sewerage are already over capacity as confirmed by service companies
Local Schools already over subscribed as confirmed by local Headmaster
