Key points against:
-Lack of supermarket provision in North Leamington, leading to town centre parking coming under burden and already overly burdened stores to south. Roads to these also.
-Green belt land, so environmental impact and also would lead to Kenilworth and Leamington no longer having clear distinct boundaries.
-Lillington has only just attained a fit for purpose Surgery to cater for the area, having suffered for 10+ years with difficulty in seeing local GP we would not welcome a return to that.
-Schooling would be impacted as school sites unable to grow
