We are supposed to be caring for our environment which is not possible in proposing:
1. closing the tip
2. building houses in green areas
Road system cannot cope with large volume of traffic
Doctors surgery cannot cope with more patients as waiting lists are too long at present
Houses are planned in areas of flooding or at risk .
Development of some sites will increase surface water which The Stour cannot cope with
Residents already experience burst manholes caused by increase in rainfall which brings raw sewage to the surface.
Tourist attraction as attractive Market Town.
