The size of the development will overwhelm the existing town . Infrastructure such as schools, medical facilities won’t be sufficient to cope with extra homes. Public travel options are extremely limited (1 unreliable train/bus to Birmingham/solihull).
Flooding is also a big issue here the current drains are unable to cope with increasing heavy rainfall causing frequent disruption . The location on the very edge of Warwickshire is also dubious being of more benefit to Solihull borough than Warwickshire.
