Do not agree as Shipston has no infrastructure for more houses. The high and junior schools are full. Recent new estates have caused sewage problems. SG17 is prone to flooding and Shipston itself. Roads, bridges, local villages and Shipston will not be able to cope with the volume of traffic. Shipston has no fire brigade, hospital with beds, bank, train station, regular buses and job opportunities. Ref 148 & 747 is in an Area of Restraint and Ref 148, 747, 552 & 062 within 3km AONB. Shipston is an old market town and does not need more houses.
